SHIPPING

Orders through Strait and Narrow LLC are made to order. Please allow additional time to allow processing and fulfillment to take effect. 1-2 weeks is generally the wait time when it comes to shipping, but weather and other unseen conditions may impact the wait time. If your order is taking longer than usual, please reach out to us through the contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Once the product is on its way to you, we are no longer responsible for the product(s). Please contact the designated delivery company (i.e. UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) if you experience any damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise.

RETURNS

Currently we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

REFUNDS

Strait and Narrow currently does not accept refunds due to the made to order process that begin immediately after purchase is made.

CANCELLATIONS

Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled. The moment your order is placed, we are personally charged for your order due to everything on our site being made to order.
